About the program
Planning Specialist
This program provides participants with training on the Balanced Scorecard and how to apply it in planning and performance evaluation. Participants will acquire skills in developing strategic directions for organizations, as well as environmental analysis using the Balanced Scorecard. They will also be trained on how to generate strategic options and build indicators. Additionally, participants will learn how to design projects and operational plans using the Balanced Scorecard and evaluate and monitor strategic and operational plans
