Institutional Development Specialist
The program aims to prepare Institutional Development Specialists who are proficient in evaluation and development tools and capable of guiding change in organizations. In this program, participants were trained on the evaluation tool 'Sustainability,' mechanisms for developing administrative and financial systems and regulations, methods for assessing training and organizational needs, and creating development plans and institutional development strategies.
