Closing of the PMD Pro Development Project Management Course

The PMD Pro Development Project Management Course is a specialized training program aimed at enhancing participants' skills in the field of development project management. This course is designed according to the PMD Pro framework, which is considered the most widely used international standard for project management in the development sector.

The course focused on equipping trainees with the knowledge and tools necessary for effectively planning, implementing, and managing development projects. The training program covered essential topics such as identifying and analyzing project activities, stakeholder analysis, designing the project logical framework, managing the timeline, managing budgets and resources, risk assessment, and exit strategies and project closure.

The course, held from August 4 to 8, 2024, targeted 28 civil society organizations from the governorates of Hadhramaut, Aden, Shabwa, and Al-Mahrah
